Responsibilities & Essential Functions
- Requires working knowledge and experience within own function/specialty area
- Builds professional expertise, including knowledge of the domain, processes, customers etc.
- Solves variety of problems of moderate scope and within own area
- Analyzes possible solutions using technical expertise and independent judgment, but typically within defined practices and procedures
- Guided by objectives of project or ongoing assignments
- Plans own work priorities on a regular basis without guidance of management
- Shares skills and knowledge with others while building working relationships
- May participate in on‑call rotations and emergency response activities to support production systems and maintain platform reliability.
- Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures
- Complete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements
- Meet or exceed all performance expectations
Required Job Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field and 0-2 years of experience; OR in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, at least 8-10 years of related experience
- Deep knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Ability to document, track and monitor problems/issue to a timely resolution
- Self- motivated and Collaborative problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently/in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
