Job Description
You will play an active role in the growth of our Customer Platforms Team, the BIP practice that combines business expertise with cutting-edge technologies to support clients in their Sales Transformation journeys, adopting a data-driven approach.
We help our clients enhance business enablement processes without relying on complex and costly technological solutions. This is achieved through:
- Automation and optimization of commercial processes
- Analysis and development of Salesforce applications
- Cross-industry expertise in platform enabling
Within this context, you will be involved in complex digital transformation projects, focused on the implementation and/or migration of CRM solutions.
You will contribute to the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into scalable and efficient functionalities.
Your responsibilities will include configuration, development, troubleshooting, and testing activities, working closely with functional teams.
You will also actively contribute to project execution, taking ownership of specific workstreams, supporting junior team members when needed, and acting as a technical reference point within the project team.

- At least 2–6 years of experience in implementing Salesforce-based CRM solutions
- Strong experience in complex CRM projects, preferably in industries such as Telco, Energy, Media, or Insurance (B2B context is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of core Salesforce modules:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Community Cloud
- CPQ
- Experience in Salesforce platform configuration, including:
- Object configuration
- Page layouts
- Workflow design
- Process Builder / Flow
- Validation Rules
- Approval Processes
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including:
- Apex classes
- Lightning Components / Visualforce
- Triggers
- Web Services (integration)
- Versioning and deployment processes
- Understanding of solution architecture principles, including:
- Data model design
- Integration patterns
- Adoption of best practices
- Experience working with large data volumes
- Knowledge of CRM Analytics (nice to have):
- Dataflow / Recipe development
- Dashboard creation
- SAQL basics
- Familiarity with AI-oriented solutions in CRM contexts (nice to have)
- Salesforce certifications (especially Platform Developer I/II, Admin, or relevant Cloud certifications)
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, or similar)
