Active Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media to find potential candidates who meet our job requirements.
Resume Vetting: High-speed review of inbound applications to identify top-tier matches based on specific criteria.
Initial Screening: Conduct high-volume, 15-minute "discovery calls" to verify basic qualifications, interest levels, and availability.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule follow-up interviews between successful candidates and Hiring Managers.
Pipeline Management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clean and updated, ensuring every candidate receives a "thank you" or a "next steps" notification.
What You Bring
Entry-Level Growth Mindset: 0–1 years of experience. This is a great role for recent grads or those looking to pivot into HR.
People Person: You genuinely enjoy talking to strangers and have a "high-energy" phone presence.
Organizational Skills: You can manage a calendar with multiple time zones and never miss a follow-up.
Tech Fluency: Quick to learn new software; comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data entry.
