Must have skills : SAP Document and Reporting Compliance Good to have skills : SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Business Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value. A typical day involves assessing the current state of business processes, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Additionally, you will support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions. - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Ability to develop and present business cases to stakeholders. - Experience in change management and transformation initiatives.
