Position Responsibilities
-Greet members and provide exceptional customer service
-Process memberships, payments, and daily transactions
-Coordinate and maintain fitness class schedules
-Create and distribute the Wellness Center newsletter and class calendar
- Teach selected fitness classes
-Support and encourage members in their wellness goals
-Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting fitness environment
-Assist with general wellness center operations and administrative tasks

Summary
Performs clerical and secretarial duties and adhering to file management policies and procedures of the healthcare facility. Maintains strict confidentiality according to healthcare organization and regulatory agency requirements, such as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).Job Description
Works with computer-based document retrieval system of a healthcare facility to locate, print and deliver document and images as requested. Assists with answering telephones, filing, photocopying, image management, faxing, sorting mail, distributing reports, etc. May assist with patient needs. Some in this role will maintain schedules and/or make appointments for the department.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience in an office and/or medical setting preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required every two years, dependent upon location.
