We’re seeking an organised and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. You will lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all guest rooms and public areas. This role requires strong leadership, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What you will do
Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards
Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver consistent and exceptional service
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with brand standards
Manage staff schedules, rotas, and performance to ensure optimal productivity
Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and manage ordering and inventory control
Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in housekeeping, with supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
Good level of physical fitness to support operational demands
