CNC Maintenance Technician @ Superior Energy Services

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOBResponsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment and facilities through routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs. This role contributes to minimizing downtime and supporting productivity across the organization. The Mazak Brand is mainly used at our facility.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsPerform trouble shooting and repair of CNC equipment, Automated Gauges and robotic systemsPerform Preventative Maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment, Automated Gauges and robotic systemsMaintains and repairs industrial equipment, which may include welding, fabrication and machining.Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, valves, belts, and bearingsRespond to urgent breakdowns and conduct safety checks before restarting operationsCollaborate with production or operations teams to minimize disruptionMaintain inventory of spare parts and submit requests for replenishmentMust adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and company policiesUse and understand the lock out, tag out procedure.Maintains a safe & productive workplaceTroubleshoots and/or repairs facility, operational and portable equipment as defined by the CompanyCompletes necessary documentation associated with the equipment maintenance program processesControl inventory and order shop supplies according to Company proceduresSupport the Plant 5S strategyPerforms other duties as assigned by the Maintenance ManagerThe above statements are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified; nothing restricts the company’s right to change, assign, or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time or for any reason.
