Maintenance Supervisor Feversham, ON   Ice River Sustainable Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Feversham leadership team. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in developing our maintenance team while driving equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across one of Canada's most technically advanced beverage manufacturing facilities.   This is a hands-on leadership role supporting highly automated processing, bottling, plastics, and facility operations. In addition to a competitive salary and annual performance bonus, Maintenance Supervisors at our Feversham facility are eligible for an additional $12,500 annual Maintenance Loyalty Bonus, recognizing the critical role our maintenance leaders play in keeping our operation running at its best.   What You'll Do As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will: Lead the maintenance department to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of highly automated manufacturing equipment. Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians by identifying skill gaps and implementing individualized development plans. Build balanced maintenance teams by strategically pairing technicians with complementary strengths to promote mentorship and knowledge transfer. Partner with the Maintenance Manager to support succession planning and strengthen long-term technical capability across the department. Foster a positive, accountable team culture built on communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance discussions to support employee engagement and development. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues while supporting innovative solutions to minimize downtime. Modify, repair, install, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment, utilities, and facility systems. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and performance. Monitor maintenance inventory levels and coordinate procurement of required parts and supplies. Filter, prioritize, assign, and monitor maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion and CMMS compliance. Track equipment performance KPIs and support initiatives to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Manage repair and maintenance (R&M) costs while maintaining equipment performance. Lead daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance meetings while coordinating priorities with production and other departments. Conduct routine inspections of production equipment and facilities to identify opportunities for improvement. Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate OEMs and contractors during major shutdowns, installations, and equipment upgrades. Participate in the maintenance on-call rotation and provide leadership support during off-hours when required.   What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience within a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment (food and beverage experience preferred). Previous experience leading maintenance teams in a supervisory, lead hand, or similar leadership capacity. Strong mechanical aptitude combined with electrical and PLC troubleshooting experience. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop technical employees. Experience with CMMS systems, preventive maintenance programs, and equipment reliability initiatives. Strong understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and shift coverage. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse maintenance teams. Proven problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and safe maintenance practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems.
