The Senior Legal Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and operational support of Shionogi Inc.’s contract management system, Agiloft. The role supports contract intake, review, routing, execution, and maintenance for a high volume of agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, CDAs, consulting agreements, and related contracts.
