Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient control and production of rolling stock materials, contributing to the seamless operation of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance), monitor production processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:

Managing and monitoring production schedules to ensure timely delivery of rolling stock materials. ,

Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align production plans with project requirements. ,

Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations throughout the production process. ,

Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency. ,

Collaborating with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and components as per project timelines. ,

Leading root cause analysis and corrective actions for production-related issues. ,

Supporting the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. ,

Developing and maintaining detailed documentation of production processes and performance metrics. ,

Training and mentoring production team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. ,

Driving innovation and fostering a culture of resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning within the production team."
