Workers Compensation Representative - Safety Specialist

The Safety Specialist is responsible for assisting with the professional administration and communication of the agency’s employee incident/injury management program, including administration of worker’s compensation benefits and return to work. In addition, the responsibilities of the position include developing and maintaining the HRIS software functionality, creating and generating standard and customized reports, recommending system improvements, maintaining system integrity and documentation, training end users, participating in agency activities and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and operating standards.
