Overview Role Purpose The HR Specialist is responsible for driving and executing the full Talent & HR roadmap for the Ingenious Lion Tech Hub, acting as a strategic and operational partner to the team leaders while ensuring a strong employee experience. This role combines HR operations, talent development, employee relations, and cultural initiatives, in close alignment with Publicis Groupe local team frameworks, supporting a fast-growing, agile, and international tech environment.
