You will sit directly under the CEO and act as a central operator across finance, HR, payroll, legal, compliance, and executive support functions. The role blends strategy and hands-on execution, requiring someone who can both design scalable systems and dive deep into operational and financial detail when needed. You will be accountable for ensuring the organization runs smoothly while enabling rapid growth without operational breakdowns. Acting as a key partner to executive leadership, you will help guide resource allocation, organizational design, and business health.
