Job Description
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely delivery of UK payroll, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time, statutory obligations are met, and robust payroll controls are consistently applied. The role provides day-to-day oversight and assurance of payroll processes, supports effective risk management, resolves complex payroll issues, and acts as a key point of accountability for payroll accuracy and HMRC compliance within HR Shared Services.
