PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To create CMM offline programs using various software’s, online program prove out for various parts of aero engine and to provide measurement solutions that could reduce the inspection time.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
| Graduate in Mechanical Engineering/Diploma or equivalent certification |
Minimum hands on experience in manufacturing engineering 3-8 years at least 2 years’ experience in offline programming (MCOSMOS or CALYPSO or PCDMIS) Should have background on Quality Management Systems |
IT SYSTEMS & SOTWARE SKILLS
| MS Office tools: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project. |
| Analysis tools: Minitab, Measurlink & Polyworks |
| CAD tools: UG/NX (strong knowledge) |
Product Lifecycle Management: Siemens Teamcenter / ptc Windchill / Dassualt Innovia CMM Software: MCOSMOS or CALYPSO or PCDMIS |
ADDITIONAL NON-MANDATORY SKILLS
Good understanding of Aerospace Manufacturing Environment
Good understanding of Gas Turbine Engine components
Hands on experience in Process planning for precision machined components – Aero components preferred
Hands on experience in Tool design (Jigs and Fixtures)
Awareness in Nx Manufacturing
Awareness of CNC / CAM programming
Experience in VBA coding
