About the role:
InPost is seeking skilled and motivated Nights Warehouse Operatives to become an integral part of our dynamic Inbound Parcel Sorting Team at our Southampton depot. In this role, you’ll be working alongside InPost and its valued customers to support our efficient parcel operations.
As a leading provider in the UK logistics industry, InPost operates a vast national network, delivering parcels to a wide range of business-to-business sectors. Our expertise spans high-profile clients across major retail, office, education, and light industrial markets, including some of the UK's most well known high street and online brands. 📍 Location: 3 Barnes Wallis Road, Segensworth East, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 5ST
📅 Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
🕒 Hours: 23:00pm - 07:30am
💰 Salary: £13.22 per hour
What you’ll be doing:
Working as part of our night shift team to receive, sort, and process inbound parcels efficiently
Scanning, relabelling, and organising parcels with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Manually sorting items or operating automated sorting machinery to keep the workflow running smoothly
Loading and unloading inbound vehicles safely and efficiently
Carrying out general warehouse duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure all parcels are processed on time and ready for onward distribution
