NURSE PRACTITIONER

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical, psychiatric, and wellness services for youth in a trauma-informed residential treatment setting. You will oversee nursing and medical department operations, conduct assessments, prescribe and manage medications, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and organizational standards. You will also provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff, support health education and wellness initiatives, and serve as a key resource for medical guidance and emergency consultation.
