Responsibilities The Utah Division of Licensing and Background Checks is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the efficient flow of communication. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, staying organized, and contributing to a collaborative team environment, this role is a perfect fit for you. **This position requires you to be in the office Tuesday-Wednesday at our Salt Lake City office (195 N 1950 W).** Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position: End-to-End Application Management: Process new provider applications, license renewals, and change requests from submission to completion. Document Verification: Review and process submitted documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with licensing standards. Fee Administration: Handle fee entries and financial processing associated with applications Applicant Guidance: Act as the primary point of contact for applicants, guiding them through the licensing process and providing status updates. Public Customer Support: Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries via phone and email regarding licensing requirements, application steps, and general information. Caseload Management: Effectively manage and prioritize an independent caseload to ensure timely processing and meet division deadlines. Team Division Support: Collaborate with coworkers and provide administrative support to team and division staff to maintain efficient operations.
