We’re recruiting for an experienced, dynamic and self-motivated PA to SMT based at our Harley Street Campus- The Harley Street Clinic/Princess Grace Hospital (On-site).
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative support to two Chief Operating Officers. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently with discretion, and with the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling changing priorities effectively while maintaining professional and clear lines of communication with both COOs while Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do:
- Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone communications professionally and confidently on behalf of the SMT.
- Provide support to SMT in monitoring and tracking strategic projects and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, emails, and communications.
- Work collaboratively as part of the Executive Support Team, fostering a positive and supportive team culture. Provide cross-cover for EA and PA during periods of annual leave, sickness absence, and other planned or unplanned absences.
