Zensar will deploy an experienced Business Programme Manager to bring the mobile commerce platform launch together as one programme. This is not a technology build role. The mobile app and the relaunched website are already in motion. What the business needs is a single person who can pull merchandise, marketing, operations and IT into one plan, work backwards from a fixed go-live date, and drive every team to a successful launch across the first wave of stores. The Client's leadership is looking for an immediate onsite Business Programme Manager who will report into the Head of IT of the client’s team.
The Business Programme Manager will drive the end-to-end delivery orchestration of a large mobile app development program across a highly federated ecosystem client that includes 100s of stores across Southern Africa.
