JOB SUMMARY |

Provide a brief description as to the primary purpose of this job (no more than three to five sentences): The primary responsibility is working with customers (dealers and end-users) to find the products that best meet their needs through live equipment demonstrations, walk-arounds, and presentations. This also includes providing operational, safety, and mechanical training.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES |
|
List essential job functions that comprise the job; describe in terms of actions (verbs) and desired outcomes in order of most important first: Provide necessary support to Regional Sales Managers and Dealers to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals. Learn to be proficient in demonstrating our products and performing walk-around presentations for potential customers. Investigate problems; develop solutions and make recommendations to management to resolve customer complaints. Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals. Provide operational and basic service training for customers. Other duties as assigned. |
