The Associate Assistant to the Archbishop provides broad administrative and executive support, working independently with minimal supervision. Guided by the Archbishop, Priest‑Secretary, Chancellor, and Executive Assistant, this role demands strong attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels in a fast‑paced environment. Core duties include extensive data entry, document preparation, editing, proofreading, communication, and tracking delegated tasks. Flexibility is essential as new needs and projects arise. The position requires a practicing Roman Catholic committed to the Church’s mission and to supporting the ministry of the Archbishop of Baltimore, recognizing the importance of serving the faithful in varied ways.
