Overview In this exciting and rewarding position, you will play a key role in enabling our people to thrive and drive great people’s experiences
Reporting to the local lead People Strategy (Senior HR Business Partner) and partnering closely with all members of the Australia People team and be exposed to all team members and leaders across the business
Your Impact Performance management - support and manage in Talent reviews and handling of individual performance cases
People Growth – support all phases of our growth philosophy, including goal setting, feedback, promotions, and annual growth discussions
Total rewards - support annual merit and bonus cycles
Engagement and culture – support programs and activities including Core Value awards, recognition drives, DE&I work, surveys, pulse checks, and driving hybrid working
Managing and supporting employee relations cases
Participating in special projects for new initiatives
Leveraging and analysing data to understand focus areas for capabilities and industries
Synthesis and analysis of data to drive insights and support data driven people’s or decisions
Driving change, through effective communication and roll-out of talent initiatives to leadership, People Managers, and employees
Being the voice, and ears, on the ground
Advising people, managers, and employees on processes
Partnering closely with HR lifecycle colleagues and other teams (global mobility, staffing, learning and development) on employee cases, ensuring legal compliance, and updating our HRIS and paperwork Skills & Experience A background in Human Resources Business Partnering
Up to 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist role within consulting or professional services An understanding of employee lifecycle, Australia employment law and employee relations processes such as performance management, redundancy, grievances etc
A passion for enhancing our people’s experience throughout their lifecycle and driving business impact
An eye for detail and ability to run processes independently
A track record in proactively identifying opportunities for improvements and driving change
An ability to work in a complex matrix structured, ambiguous, constantly changing business situation
Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into insights and solutions, strong excel skill
Demonstrated interest in using AI to create smarter work
Strong interpersonal skills include the ability to form relationships at all levels
Worked in a global environment or professional services industries (preferably) Set yourself apart with Tertiary degree preferred Member of HR or management association preferred Additional information An inclusive workplace that promotes diversity and collaboration
