  Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Second Shift 🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | M-F 2:30 pm- 11:00 pm  Operations Supervisor is a hands-on, safety-focused Supervisor to lead our Second Shift Team. This is a great opportunity for a dependable leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and is passionate about logistics, safety, and team development. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise second shift picking, checking, and loading operations. Plan, assign, and direct work to maximize productivity and efficiency. Ensure compliance with warehouse and food safety standards. Promote and model a safety-first culture. Operate forklifts and order selectors to support operations as needed. Submit route paperwork to the invoicing team. Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to provide consistent performance feedback. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a distribution environment. Proficient in operating equipment Experience with RF scanning and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills. Safety-conscious with excellent attention to detail. Key Competencies Dependable, reliable, and energetic.
