Manufacturing Manager 4

Provides strategic leadership to structure, organize, and direct the Operations function within Marine China, while collaborating closely with the Marine Global cross-functional leadership team. Oversee daily operations across Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, warehouse and Logistics to ensure that manufacturing capacity is aligned with POR and S&OP requirements, thereby improving customer service levels and optimizing factory operational excellence.
