XRX Technical Business Enablement Manager
Job Description
Context
While XRX has established expertise in lens and consumer AI glasses products, we currently lack a critical capability: optical module supply chain expert.
Rationale
To position ZEISS/XRX as a strategic integration partner — not merely a lens supplier — we must deepen collaboration with waveguide display brands and FATP (Fabrication, Assembly, Test & Pack) partners. This requires end-to-end ownership of thin, high-precision refractive-display module development, from component sourcing through assembly yield optimization
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage deep partnerships with waveguide suppliers and FATP/assembly partners to Align technical, process, and business flows to balance optical performance, manufacturability, and display quality.
Integrate ZEISS lens expertise into module design for lightweight, high-precision refractive displays.
Support partner-driven innovation, commercialization, and roadmap planning.
Requirements:
Deep know-how in FATP processes and AR/AI module assembly, with strong technical and commercial exposure.
Experience in optical modules, waveguides, or AR/AI hardware.
Proven ability to translate technology into partner value and competitive differentiation.
Experience / 经验
10+ years of customer-facing Business Development experience within leading Chinese FATP players, including Luxshare, GoerTek, Foxconn, and Longcheer.
10+ years of customer-facing business development experience with leading Chinese optical module industry, with companies such as Sunny Optical, OmniVision, and Crystal-Optech.
Deal with oversea customer is a plus
