MAIN OBJECTIVE – JOB SUMMARY

As a Sales Planning Intern, you will support the team in building and managing the merchandise financial plan across categories and regions. You will assist in the OTB (Open-To-Buy) process, support the seasonal buying strategy, and learn how financial targets are translated into actionable plans aligned with business priorities.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

 

  • OTB Support: Collaborate on updating and monthly monitoring of purchase plans (Open-To-Buy) by channel and geographic area.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Extract data and prepare periodic reporting on sales performance (sell-through) and stock levels.
  • Data Entry and Tool Management: Support data entry and maintenance within the planning software (Centric).
  • Internal Collaboration: Support the Merchandising and Sales teams during key phases of the season (budget confirmation and order entry).

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS & ADDITONAL SKILLS 

 

  • Education: Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Excel (Essential): Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset, precision, and high attention to detail when managing large datasets.
  • Languages: Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Soft Skills: Curious, collaborative, and able to communicate data insights clearly.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in the Fashion & Luxury industry.

 

For this role we will offer a reimbursement of expenses 700,00€ gross monthly
