As Commis di Cucina you will support Gucci Osteria Chef De Partie in all the preparations.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Optimal and timely delivery of preparation with strong attention to details
  • Takes care of cleaning and cutting vegetables, preparing eggs, cleaning vegetables, or preparing sauces.
  • Supports the Chefs de Partie for the daily preparation and maintenance of the Kitchen in a timely and accurate manner, giving extra operational support when requested
  • Takes care of the conservation of the kitchen product

Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry within the Kitchen area
  • Fluent English or Italian
  • Professional appearance and curate self-grooming
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Team-working skills
  • Standard knowledge of the main kitchen operating procedures
  • Knowledge of current basic regulations and of the main safety standards
  • Using kitchen machinery & food preservation techniques
