Registered Pharmacy Technician

CareRx Parksville is seeking to hire a Pharmacy Technician to join our great Specialty Pharmacy team located in Parksville, BC.

This is a full-time opportunity (5 days per week), and prior experience with Kroll, data entry of new/refill prescriptions, operating a Pac Vision machine, and compounding medications are all assets to being considered for this position.

Under the general direction of the designated Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacy Operations Manager, the Registered Pharmacy Technician is responsible for ensuring that all prescriptions are dispensed accurately. Prescriptions are to be dispensed in compliance with provincial and federal laws, standards and regulations which govern the practice of pharmacy.
