Area Field Trainer - Ped Endo

The Area Field Trainer (AFT) is a critical member of both the Tolmar Sales and Learning & Development teams who is a proven expert in product and selling skills. In addition to their primary sales role, the AFT provides training to new employees through formal Initial Sales Training classes (1-2 times in Chicago office for two week class), as well as real- time, in-field assistance/coaching 2-3 days per month for improved performance. This position is a one-year commitment (January –December).
