- Develop and ensure the appropriate budget control process for OPEX, headcount, and production, as well as provide detailed analysis for optimal decision-making.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, both local and corporate, providing key data on cost status and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Prepare the Statement of Costs.
- Analyze variances between actual and budget.
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets, last estimates, MTP, and any other financial planning requirements for the Manufacturing, Supply, and Quality areas.
- Contribute to determining the cost of production by coordinating and supervising activities that impact the calculation, such as fixed assets, raw material and finished goods prices, payroll, correct expense allocation, distribution bases, and SAP processes, in order to obtain the unit cost of each of our products, communicating risks and opportunities to the business.
- Identify and recommend improvements to data collection and analysis processes and systems for timely decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve cost challenges and drive improvements in processes and systems.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineering
Teamwork, effective communication, initiative, negotiation, integrity, and analytical skills
Solid knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Costs (preferably with experience in Absorption Costing), product costing processes, and analysis of the impact of manufacturing costs on the P&L
