Job Description
The Change Management Manager is responsible for leading and executing change management efforts as part of the Transformation Office. This role drives the development and implementation of structured change and communication strategies to prepare, inform, and support employees through organizational change.
In this role, the Change Management Manager partners closely with program and business leaders to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives by delivering targeted communications, stakeholder engagement, and employee readiness plans. The position plays a critical role in minimizing disruption, promoting alignment, and enabling sustainable change outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of change management strategies to support enterprise transformation initiatives.
Design and deliver targeted communication plans to ensure employees are informed, prepared, and engaged.
Partner with business leaders and program teams to drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and readiness.
Apply established change management methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent execution.
Facilitate change management activities, including from/to framing, stakeholder analysis, pulse checks, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on change impacts, risk mitigation, and engagement strategies.
Create compelling communications, content, and storytelling to support transformation objectives.
Manage multiple change initiatives, ensuring alignment to timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate change management into program delivery.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management and communications efforts, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Coach and enable leaders to effectively lead through change and reinforce desired behaviors.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Change, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; graduate-level coursework or advanced degree preferred.
3–7+ years of experience in change management or related roles, with demonstrated experience leading large-scale change initiatives.
Proven experience supporting business transformations, including operating model changes or transitions to global business services.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and practices; Prosci or related change management certification preferred.
Experience developing stakeholder strategies, including stakeholder mapping, analysis, and targeted communication plans.
Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across a matrixed organization.
Experience coaching and enabling leaders and managers to effectively lead through change.
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing clear, compelling messaging; familiarity with AP writing style and internal communications platforms (e.g., Smart Brevity, Axios HQ) preferred.
High level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience, with a proactive, hands-on approach to execution.
