VP-Shared Services

The Vice President, Shared Services is a senior enterprise leader responsible for directing and integrating the functions that support exceptional claims performance across the organization, including Data & Analytics, Special Investigations Unit (SIU), Subrogation/Recovery, Quality, Project Management, and Claims Advocacy. This role sets the strategic vision for these functions, ensures cross functional collaboration within Claims, as well as Underwriting, Actuarial, Legal, IT, and other enterprise partners, and leads teams that directly impact loss results, customer experience, operational efficiency, financial integrity, and risk mitigation.
