What You'll Do
As an Experienced Automotive Detailer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every vehicle meets CarShop's high standards for appearance and presentation before delivery to our customers.
This is a flat-rate position that rewards efficiency, productivity, and quality workmanship. Experienced detailers who thrive in a fast-paced environment will have the opportunity to maximize their earning potential while maintaining CarShop's high standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform interior and exterior detailing on vehicles to CarShop quality standards
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery according to established processes and procedures
- Inspect vehicles to ensure cosmetic quality and cleanliness meet company expectations
- Work efficiently in a flat-rate production environment while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain detailing equipment and tools in proper working condition
- Report equipment maintenance or repair needs to the Detail Manager
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment
- Strive to exceed individual performance goals while embodying CarShop's culture and values
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive detailing experience, preferably in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Previous experience working in a production or flat-rate environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet production goals
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing
