Preventive Services Supervisor

The Preventive Services Supervisor leads and supports a team of Case Planners that provide critical in-home and community-based case management, family support, resource linkage and advocacy services to families throughout Erie County. This position is responsible for training, coaching, mentoring, and developing staff to deliver high-quality, family-centered services while meeting all contractual, regulatory, and agency requirements.
