EGLP is Essar’s flagship leadership-pipeline program and the next evolution of the long-running Business Leadership Program (BLP), which has produced multiple CXOs and Business Heads within the group over the last 18+ years. EGLP is a two-year, high-impact, rotational management program designed to develop future-ready leaders with global exposure, hands-on business immersion, and strategic leadership development.
