CORRUGATOR STACKER OPER - SUMMER HELP - 2nd or 3rd Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES:   Works as part of the production crew with a focus on the production run of corrugated sheets. Will be responsible for quality checks, padding order for shipping and other duties as assigned. Assists with running orders when the machine is ready by watching the run continue smoothly and without problem.  If a problem arises, such as machine failure, product quality is not to standard, or a shortage of paper, this individual notifies the operator of the problem.  May need to work with management, maintenance, and other company employees to fix the problem.  Could lead to Full-time employment.     BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:   High School Graduate or GED. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, such as schedules and orders. Must be able to use and read a tape measurer to 1/16th of an inch.   Must be willing to work overtime on short notice, including weekends.  Must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift.  Ability to work in manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy Forklift traffic.  Must be authorized to work in the U.S.   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:   1 + year of experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.
