Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring control plans and inspection instructions are defined, registered, and available for incoming inspectors.

  • Managing the process for maintaining and storing inspection records.

  • Driving supplier containment actions, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for nonconformities.

  • Ensuring supplier accountability for cost of non-quality (CONQ) and organizing retrofits and remedial actions.

  • Leading and managing the SQ Serial, Incoming Inspection, and Supplier Quality Project teams.

  • Preparing and providing site supplier quality reporting based on defined KPIs.

  • Monitoring supplier performance and deploying dedicated risk mitigation plans.

  • Collaborating with regional and global supplier quality organizations to share key insights and updates.

  • Contributing to internal/external audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality, a technical discipline, engineering, or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with supplier qualification standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, IRIS, local standards).

  • Experience managing supplier relationships in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in SAP or similar computer applications.

  • Strong understanding of quality tools such as Quality Wall, Quality Basics, P-FMEA, and control plan management.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and contracts effectively.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
