Role Purpose
The Operational Specialist ensures smooth and accurate order processing while managing operational complexities. The role focuses on precision workflow, customer order fulfillment, and internal alignment across departments.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Handle all order-related inquiries and execute end-to-end order processing activities, including order entry, validation, confirmation, and follow-up, to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient fulfillment of customer requirements.
Monitor and manage backorders, delivery delays, and order status updates, ensuring pro-active and timely follow-up and accurate customer notifications on lead times and delivery constraints.
Responsible for analyzing and resolving customer requests, inquiries or problems by utilizing established procedures.
Identify and report all instances of customer order-related problems and potential system deficiencies that are not immediately resolved to Supervisor, Manager and/or Sales Management.
Maintain relevant customer master data and related documentation as per established procedures and policies
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability by consistently adhering to policies and procedures established by Customer Care and the organization
Assist in various tasks, projects and responsibilities assigned by a Customer Care Supervisor or Manager
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of order processing workflows.
- Experience with ERP systems and documentation management.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Languages: Polish & English. German is a great asset
