This is a high-impact executive leadership role responsible for owning and scaling the entire legal function within a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS organization. Acting as a strategic advisor to the CFO, Board of Directors, and private equity sponsor, you will design and operationalize a modern legal infrastructure built for speed, automation, and exit readiness. The role blends corporate governance, commercial contracting, and AI-driven legal transformation, positioning Legal as a true growth enabler rather than a compliance gatekeeper. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning product, engineering, finance, and corporate development, ensuring legal frameworks support innovation and global expansion. Operating in a highly dynamic, technology-forward environment, you will embed diligence-ready standards across all processes.
