Metallurgy Researcher _ Grade Design & Industrialization

Replacement after an exit at the Isbergues Research Centre to drive the development of new products for Aperam Stainless Europe. This position is the technical engine for several large-scale projects in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing new stainless steel nuances and monitoring industrialization trials.
• Leading R&D projects in a matrix organization, ensuring the delivery of technical milestones for strategic partners (e.g., ThyssenKrupp Nucera).
• Managing research equipment and supervising research technicians.

Evaluating resources and communicating results to R&D program managers.
