Care Assistant

Duties include:

• Provide Personal Care support to both male and female clients
• To support our Clients within their own homes, with Home Help tasks such as light cleaning duties
• Provide Companionship support and to access the community where required
• Prepare and cook meals where required (support nutritional and dietary needs)
• Assist and administer medication (Full training will be provided)
• Complete daily notes within our 'Care Planning App'
• Attend team meetings where require throughout the year
