Position Summary: The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics. This role ensures alignment with business objectives by driving efficiency, cost reduction, and on-time delivery while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
What You'll do
Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management
Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and customer demand
Drive Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes to ensure cross functional alignment
Manage supplier relationships, including selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and risk mitigation
Identify and implement cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including
On-time delivery
Inventory turns
Forecast accuracy
Supplier performance
Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to support production schedules and new product introductions
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team
Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning accuracy and reporting
Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
8–12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, inventory control, and logistics
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Demonstrated success in process improvement, cost reduction, and supplier management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
