The President of 7 Mortgage is responsible for mentoring, leading, and directing all service and operational activities of the Mortgage CUSO, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision, strategic objectives, performance expectations, and long-term success. This role oversees the full end-to-end mortgage operation, including partner loan officers, processors, underwriters, closers, post-closing, and business development efforts, ensuring exceptional service delivery to the partner credit unions served by 7 LLC, along with operational excellence and sustainable growth.
