Company description Executive – HR Business Partner (HRBP) About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Executive – HRBP to partner with business teams and support employee lifecycle management. This role is ideal for MBA HR freshers who want to build a career in strategic HR and business partnering. The incumbent will work closely with managers and employees to drive engagement, performance, and HR initiatives. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management Support onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes. Ensure smooth employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Assist in employee engagement activities, town halls, surveys, and cultural initiatives. Support grievance handling and employee connect programs. Performance Management Coordinate goal-setting, performance review cycles, and feedback discussions. Track performance metrics and follow up with managers on action items. Support talent development initiatives. HR Analytics & Reporting Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports. Track attrition, attendance, employee engagement, and workforce metrics. Analyze HR data and provide insights to stakeholders. Business Partnering Collaborate with business managers to understand people-related challenges. Support workforce planning, manpower tracking, and organizational initiatives. Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes across teams. Required Qualifications MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute. 0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR reporting tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
