About the Opportunity
This role is about unlocking under-the-radar, high-trust, high-ROI growth channels in overseas markets — from vertical communities and micro-influencers to offline partnerships and regional platforms — and turning them into sustainable acquisition engines.
What You’ll Be Doing

Deeply research target markets (SEA, LATAM, Middle East, or specific regions in Europe/North America) to identify high-conversion, non-mainstream channels such as forums, regional social apps, campus ambassador programs, and niche communities.

Source and collaborate with overseas grassroots creators and KOCs, building long-term partnerships that drive authentic word-of-mouth and brand trust.

Identify and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners (e.g. retail stores, lifestyle apps, service platforms) that provide unique traffic entry points.

Tailor content and messaging to each channel’s cultural and contextual nuances, and continuously optimize acquisition funnels using performance data.

Monitor competitors’ activities in less visible channels and move quickly to capture untapped traffic opportunities.
What We Look For In You

3+ years of international growth experience - ideally supporting Chinese companies going global, with proven results in deep market penetration.

Strong instinct for long-tail channels - you’re comfortable finding opportunities in Reddit threads, Telegram groups,communities, or even offline markets — not just dashboards.

Cross-cultural fluency - strong English or other language skills, with the cultural sensitivity to adapt strategies authentically

High ownership & resilience - you thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable building from 0→1 in fragmented, early-stage channels.

Data-driven execution - able to evaluate ROI across scattered traffic sources and build sustainable acquisition models.
