Job Description
The Service Quality Manager (SQM) plays a critical role in ensuring that the services provided by M/D Totco meet the company's standards and the customers' expectations. As the SQM, your role involves managing the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensuring the consistent delivery of reliable services to our customers. This position entails timely communication with operational teams, technical support, and subject matter experts. Key responsibilities include process audits, quality reporting, supplier management, meticulous maintenance of systems, adherence to industry standards, practical communication skills, and ensuring compliance with all M/D Totco Quality Policies and Procedures.
