Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, professional, and outgoing individual to serve as our Office Coordinator & Brand Representative. This role combines front-office administrative responsibilities with customer-facing brand representation at events and off-site locations. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and comfortable interacting with customers both in the office and in our mobile showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain company calendars
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Office communications, messages, and follow-ups
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
Brand Representation
- Serve as a professional ambassador for the company
- Educate customers about our products and services
- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives
Mobile Showroom Support
- Staff and represent the company at off-site events, trade shows, community events, and promotional locations
- Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of the mobile showroom
- Engage visitors, answer questions, and generate leads
- Ensure the showroom is presented professionally and reflects company standards
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience in customer service, reception, administrative support, or brand promotion preferred
- Comfortable working both in an office environment and at off-site events
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to lift and move promotional materials and event equipment as needed

- Occasional evening or weekend event availability required
