Responsibilities:
- Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome residents, guests, staff and vendors.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist residents and visitors with inquiries and requests as needed.
- Accounts Payable Duties:
- Process invoices and prepare payment vouchers.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience with accounting software preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
