What You’ll Do (The Impact You’ll Make)

As our Facility Maintenance Technician, you are the backbone of our physical operations. You will oversee the ongoing day-to-day preventive and reactive maintenance for our buildings and grounds, ensuring everything meets strict safety and operational standards.

• System Maintenance: Monitor, operate, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical setups.

• Proactive Repairs: Tackle general carpentry, light electrical work, building exterior upkeep, and manual repairs to keep the campus pristine and functional.

• Safety & Compliance: Oversee critical fire, security, and safety alarm systems, maintaining up-to-date inspection records in compliance with local and state codes.

• Contractor Coordination: Work alongside our operational leadership to manage outside vendors, schedule specialized contract work, and monitor service agreements (e.g., elevators, pest control).

• Seasonal & Emergency Response: Lead occasional seasonal efforts like snow removal and serve as the primary contact for building emergencies to ensure our community is always protected.

SCHEDULE: Days, 40hrs/week, oncall rotation 1 week every 4 weeks - some evenings and weekends maybe required for emergency maintenance needs on campus.
